Regroup is seeking an Human Resources Director who should be a knowledgeable, engaged, and energetic professional. The HR Director will successfully demonstrate leadership ability to support the goals, mission and values of Regroup.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide internal Human Resources leadership and management which includes:
    • Providing HR strategy,
    • Providing HR policy guidance and interpretation
    • Identifying gaps and proposing and implementing changes necessary to avoid risks
    • Providing comprehensive HR administrative support, which includes pre-employment and new hire processing, on-boarding, termination, and performance management. 
    • Ensuring Regroup is compliant with relevant regulations
    • Offering counsel on all aspects of HR, including job descriptions, compensation and performance management
    • Overseeing employee benefits and payroll as appropriate
  • Build strong relationships with Regroup leadership and staff, including clinicians
  • Research and gather supporting documents and/or witnesses for any human resources issues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 6-10 years related HR experience or a commensurate combination of education and experience
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred
  • Working knowledge of federal and state legislation and legal issues related to HR
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft and cloud-based products

  • Ability to take initiative, maintain confidentiality, and work independently
