Our marketing team is hiring a new leader to join the Regroup team. We are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager who will focus on demand generation and CRM management. We are seeking someone that is excited to work on an internal team, supporting the business objectives and focused on demand generation strategy and CRM management. 

This role will be responsible for executing our demand generation strategy working with our marketing and sales teams to provide quantitative and qualitative feedback on performance. 


Lead Generation
  • Own the lead management process from lead capture to follow-up. This role will work collaboratively with sales teams and obtain feedback on the quality of MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) generated from marketing campaigns
  • Develop and manage B2B outreach campaigns to generate inbound leads
  • Ensure proper messaging, timing and execution of one-off and ongoing campaigns across email, web personalization and advertising
  • Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends.
  • Generate content to support campaigns independently and in collaboration with the Product Marketing Manager
  • Explore account-based marketing technology to run multi-channel campaigns targeting our largest prospects and customers
  • Responsible for generating MQLs through all current channels (inbound, offers, email marketing, trade shows and webinars)
  • Build proficiency and efficiencies with Hubspot and Google Analytics.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators and ensure that department goals are being met as outlined in ROIs; produce dashboards and monthly reports to demonstrate marketing performance
  • Responsible for overseeing current marketing channels including, paid advertising (paid search, display and social), marketing automation using Hubspot, and email marketing
  • Communicate with sales teams to gain buy-in, understanding and participation in marketing programs
  • Collaborate with others on the Marketing Team to craft landing pages to capture leads via downloadable assets, demo requests, and other inbound marketing activities
  • Hubspot Admin - Responsible for owning and managing Hubspot across the organization
  • Manage CRM activities across online and offline activities
  • Track and report CRM performance: support Sales team through ongoing tracking and analysis of lead segmentation, lead sources, and response rates
  • Work in conjunction with Business Operations to report on KPIs and adjust plans to hit company targets
  • Maintain and ensure high levels of data hygiene and integrity
  • Use automation to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
  • Drive continuous innovation and fast experimentation in CRM, including testing methodology, measurement, tools, and more
  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Demand Generation or Sales Development in B2B environment
  • Success in CRM Marketing; B2B-specific experience
  • Hubspot experience, preferred (Hubspot Inbound or Hubspot Certified)
  • Experience implementing lead generation programs and process
  • Heavy experience using marketing automation technology and Hubspot (A MUST)
  • Fantastic program management and communication skills with and a great track record of working across sales, marketing and technology teams
  • Deep understanding of email best practices, metrics and associated KPIs
  • Highly analytical and metrics-driven - “you live for the data” and are excited to optimize campaigns using those insights
  • Ability to use analytics and data to tell a story, and report on content, social, and web performance, conversion ratios and other KPIs
  • Must have a tenacity for your work and be able to think strategically
  • Experience at a fast-paced, high growth environment or start-up a plus
